If you are getting a waxing service, you should refrain from shaving at least 7 to 14 days prior. Waxing cannot be used as a hair removal method if you are currently using Retin A (or if you have used it in the past 3 months), Accutane (currently or in the past 4 months), It is not advisable to drink caffeinated beverages before a waxing treatment. Do not sun for at least 24 hours after a waxing treatment.
We use honey wax, turquoise azulene wax or hard wax depending on skin sensitivity or preference. If you have specific questions or concerns about our waxing services or techniques, please call the spa for further information.
